As the Chief Consultant of Hongkun, Hui has successfully raised over $15 Million out of the 20 million for this project in 2 weeks.

Holland Center locates in the heart of the Jersey City right across from Midtwon New York. This project consist of two towers, including both a 57-story and a 59-story glass sheathed high-rises set to include a 240,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,098 parking spots. The property straddles the inbound and outbound entrances to the Holland Tunnel and next to Hamilton Park, which will provide convenient access between New York and New Jersey. The fund raising was completed by Hui, and it is still a on going project to be completed in the hear future.

The capital broke down into $20 million domestic investment plus $30 million international financing.
